Plant the arm on top of the bench and place your head where your watch would be. Think of pulling with the lat which has the function of extending the humerus ( upper arm ) in line with the body. Aim for your elbow to “kiss” your hip with each rep then return to the starting position as if your are starting a lawn mower.
