(What to eat on Papmochani Ekadashi) पद्म, स्कंद और विष्णु धर्मोत्तर पुराण के अनुसार इस एकादशी व्रत में अन्न नहीं खाना चाहिए. इस व्रत में उपवास करने का विधान बताया गया है, जिसमें सिर्फ फलाहार किया जा सकता है. इसके अलावा पापमोचनी एकादशी के दिन गंध युक्त चीजों को खाने से बचना चाहिए, क्योंकि यह शरीर और मन की अशुद्धता को बढ़ाता है, इसलिए इस दिन लहसुन और प्याज नहीं खाना चाहिए. इस दिन लहसुन, प्याज की तरह ही मसूर की दाल, गाजर, शलजम, गोभी, पालक आदि चीजों को खाने से परहेज करना चाहिए. ऐसी मान्यता है कि इस एकादशी के दिन चावल खाने से परहेज करना चाहिए. <br/> <br/>What to eat during Papamochani Ekadashi fast?
