Baramati in Maharashtra, Gulbarga in Karnataka and Mainpuri in Uttar Pradesh are among seats whose results will be closely watched. In Baramati, NCP veteran Sharad Pawar's daughter Supriya Sule is competing with her cousin Ajit Pawar's wife Sunetra Pawar. Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge’s son-in-law Radhakrishna Doddamani is contesting from Gulbarga.
